- Tourist tax €1 per person per night.
- Deposit for damage to the property €300 (will be returned on the day of departure if everything in the house is in good condition)
- Reservations for more than 1 month will be charged a one-time fee of €150 for final cleaning.
- In each room there is a change of bed (pillowcases and clean sheets). But if the guest requires additional sheet changes for any particular reason, these have a charge of €12 per bed.

It is an ideal place for a family or friends vacation away from the noise and crowds that we normally find in big cities. It is located on a beautiful island with many villages around, some of them are Grohote, Nečujam, Maslinica, Stomorska. You can visit these beautiful places and enjoy their customs, well known for their delicious olive oil, Mediterranean food, exquisite wines, and their Croatian culture.

BY CAR
For those coming by car, it is necessary to take the ferry from Split to Rogač on Šolta. When you arrive in Split, take the direction to the ferry port (Gat Sv. Duje 1 street). Due to traffic jams in the summer season, I would recommend that you arrive at least an hour or more before the ferry time for Rogac (Solta Island). Around a 50 minute ride.

There are two routes to get to the house, one D112 cuts behind the village and another D111 that crosses the Rogać village, this is the indicated path if you want to buy something before reaching the house.
Croatia has excellent traffic connections to Europe and the rest of the world, especially in the summer, when many tourists come to spend their summer holiday in the Adriatic. The main destination is Split, and Šolta is located about 9 miles away from Split. From Split you can transfer your car to Šolta with a ferry, the departures are frequent and the ferry travels for about one hour. Passengers without a car can take the fast catamaran line. The city of Split is connected to the rest of the world with railways and roads. There are many boat lines along the Adriatic coast, and several of them connect Croatia and Italy with a ferry on daily basis. Split is also connected with Italy, Slovenia, Austria and other countries with a modern highway.
